Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour with GoatX Tour (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  

1. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings: Tours can be booked through our website [www.goatxtour.com], by email, or by phone. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received full payment or the required deposit.  
  • Payment: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. Full payment is typically required the day of arrival.
  • Pricing: Tour prices, along with their dates, are listed on our website, and we guarantee that no changes will be made. The price includes the services explicitly mentioned in the tour description. Additional costs, such as flights, visas, personal expenses, and optional activities, are not included.  
  • Deposits: For certain tours, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the tour start date.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable). Cancellation charges will apply as follows (unless otherwise specified for a particular tour):
    • More than 20 days prior to departure: Refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable deposit (if applicable).   
    • Less than 19 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.  
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered the choice of:
    • A full refund of all monies paid.
    • An alternative tour of comparable value (subject to availability).  
    • A credit towards a future tour. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as flights or accommodation.

3. Tour Participation

  • Physical Fitness: Motorcycle tours can be physically demanding. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary level of fitness and health to participate in the chosen tour. We recommend consulting your doctor if you have any concerns.
  • Riding Experience and Licenses: Participants must possess a valid motorcycle license appropriate for the type of motorcycle being used on the tour. You may be required to provide physical proof of your license. You are also responsible for having adequate riding experience for the tour’s difficulty level. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who we deem does not have the necessary skills or license.
  • Safety: Your safety is our top priority. You must adhere to all instructions and guidelines provided by our tour guides. This includes wearing appropriate safety gear (helmet, riding jacket, riding pants, gloves, and sturdy footwear) at all times while riding. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in the termination of your participation in the tour without refund.
  • Motorcycle Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage to the motorcycle caused by your negligence or misuse. You may be required to pay for repairs or replacement. No charges will be made for minor scratches caused by normal use
  • Insurance: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal injury, repatriation, and loss or damage to personal belongings. We strongly recommend that your insurance also covers cancellation and curtailment of your trip.

4. Changes to Tours

We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and other arrangements at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or for the improvement of the tour experience. We will endeavor to inform you of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoatX Tour and its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or other inconvenience caused by or arising out of:

  • Your participation in the tour.
  • Any act or omission of any third party, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
  • Unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, and force majeure events.
  • Your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the instructions of our tour guides.

You acknowledge that motorcycle touring involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks by participating in our tours.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoatX Tour and its employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in our tours or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our promotional materials, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of GoatX Tour and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Türkiye.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GoatX Tour with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
